We combined two excellent styles of beer, pale ale and lager, and created one awesome tasting brew. The mosaic hop lends a complex array of tropical fruit, citrus, berry, herbal, earthy and pine flavors. Golden pale in color, this beer is a treat year around.
Our ingredients for this recipe includes: 6lbs Pilsner LME, 8oz Light Munich malt, 8oz Vienna malt, 1oz Mosaic bittering hops, 1oz Mosaic flavoring hops, 1oz Mosaic aroma hops, priming sugar, muslin bag and instructions
