Description
Beers: For utilization in US style Pale Ale’s, IPA’s, Stout, Porter, Barley wine and for bittering of Lagers, Chinook is a classic dry hop, especially while paired with hops bearing a more tropical fruit cast, complementing and providing the requisite pine edge to IPA, Double IPA and Imperial IPA. In Americanized Foreign Extra Stout or Imperial Stout, Chinook produces aromas reminiscent of berries and herbs to balance with the malt and residual sweetness of the finished beer.
